Shoden Course Description
In First Teachings , a foundation is created for becoming an energetic and effective practitioner by becoming proficient at nurturing yourself.
You will be informed of what Reiki is, the history of Usui Reiki Ryoho, and the integration of the practice of Mosaic Reiki Ryoho into your everyday life.
You will receive attunements to Shoden level. You will be taught techniques of grounding, centering and clearing to aid you in maintaining a state of mental clarity, physical ease, and a harmonized energy. Hand positions for self-treatment and treatment of others will be studied in detail.
Focus and time are placed on the practice of self-empowerment, self-healing, self-treatment, and treatment of others.
As in life, what you ‘get’ out of this course will be in direct correlation to the time and effort you put into learning and practicing the lessons.
